Cancellation before the service starts

You may cancel a request before work begins, at no cost except for specific expenses that were authorised and actually incurred.

Services already started

Once a service has started with authorisation, work performed and accepted costs up to the time of cancellation will be charged. For digital services performed immediately, statutory withdrawal rights may be affected where express consent has been given and the legal requirements are met.

Products and parts

Returns of goods are handled according to consumer law, the condition of the product, statutory exceptions and the conditions communicated at the time of sale. Custom products, activated licences or unsealed software may be subject to exceptions.
